Liontrust’s managed portfolio service is now available for you to compare and research as part of your investment due diligence inside Analyser.

Liontrust launched as an asset manager in 1995 and listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1999. Its MPS was launched in 2014 and it has £138m in MPS assets under management as at the end of March 2024.

It has seven teams which invest in global equities, sustainable investment, global fixed income and multi-asset, and says a third of its total assets under management and administration is in sustainable investment.

Liontrust has a long track record in multi-asset investing, with its multi-asset team headed up by John Husselbee, who has over 38 years of investment experience.

The asset manager says it aims to keep costs competitive and that it is often able to invest in underlying funds on better terms than those commonly available.

There are six ranges available:

·       MPS Blended Growth

·       MPS Blended Income

·       MPS Dynamic Passive

·       Wealth Solutions Service (WSS) Blended Growth

·       WSS Blended Income

·       WSS Dynamic Passive

The MPS is available on 13 platforms.

Liontrust head of the multi-asset investment team John Husselbee says: “Liontrust has joined lang cat’s Analyser as it is a very useful tool in helping advisers to make active decisions on MPS to meet their clients’ suitability requirements and deliver good outcomes.

“It is to help advisers to deliver both of these that Liontrust offers a broad range of target risk portfolios. These are actively managed through a tried and tested investment process to achieve client outcomes over the long term. Liontrust works in partnership with advisers, including by providing access to our investment team and a dedicated service including white labelling.”

There are now 50 MPS providers available to research in Analyser. You can find out more about each of these, including Liontrust, on Analyser’s MPS directory.
