Platform Analyser: User update

Just a quick note to say we're aware you may have been experiencing issues with logging in to Platform Analyser and with slow system response times over the past few days.

This issue affected our premium Analyser users only.

We're pleased to say this has now been resolved. Sorry for any inconvenice this caused and thanks for bearing with us.

We'll continue to monitor for any further issues and keep you updated, but everything should now be working as you want it to.
