Our latest HomeGames session was concerned with all things platforms.

The panellists were:

We started off by talking about due diligence in what has been and continues to be a noisy platform market. This then led on to a conversation about how firms might approach due diligence on a platform’s culture.

Our panel discussed whether platform development has evolved or stalled, the new wave of platforms and vertical integration.

They also talked about some of the findings from our latest State of the Platform Nation report, the role of private equity in platform ownership and the outlook for the sector for the rest of the year.
