Novia has rebranded to Wealthtime with effect from 20 November.
The Novia brand, which launched in 2008, has now been replaced with Wealthtime. The rebrand has also prompted a new look platform and website, and all future correspondence will come from Wealthtime.
The brand change is currently a change to the trading name only. This means Novia will stay as the legal entity at this stage, so things like the ISA manager and Sipp trustee responsibility will remain as Novia.
Analyser has been updated to reflect the rebrand, so Novia no longer appears in the system.
If you previously included Novia in your due diligence, it’s worth re-running this so that your reports include Wealthtime instead.
Novia becoming Wealthtime is part of a wider rebranding exercise which saw the former Wealthtime platform rebrand to Wealthtime Select in July.
Wealthtime and Wealthtime Select are both owned by private equity firm AnaCap, and each will continue to operate as separate platforms.
