Your latest Analyser developments

You’ll see we’ve made a few changes inside Analyser. Some of these are about giving you extra support and resources, and some are just about making the system that bit easier to use.

On log in, you’ll see that we’ve updated our branding to bring it in line with our new Analyser logo elsewhere.

We’ve also done away with the CAPTCHA test – so no more clicking grid squares to identify traffic lights, motorbikes, fire hydrants etc. Analyser remains a secure site, but the security checks are now done in the background.

On support, the user help section (which sits inside insights & help) has had a revamp with an improved layout. New resources include how to videos and guides on particular aspects of Analyser, such as using templates, platform and MPS example comparisons and more.

We’ll be adding to the user help section all the time, so if there’s anything you’d like us to cover in future how to videos just let us know. And if you’re wondering how to get the most out of Analyser specifically for your firm, you can book a one-on-one consultation with myself or Abbey whenever suits.

Elsewhere, there’s now a more user-friendly version of the portfolio information in MPS comparisons. The data is now more uniform, and will appeal to the Excel geeks among you.

As always, just let us know if there's other Analyser developments you'd like to see.

P.S. Last week we made some updates to our email system which accidentally triggered a ‘welcome to Analyser’ email. Sorry for any confusion and don’t worry – you’re still subscribed to Analyser.
